General Requirements:

1. Non-Indonesian Citizen
2. Acquire the willingness of encouragement to prove strong leadership and excellent academic records.
3. UNNES provides scholarship for undergraduate program to highly promising applicants under the condition of maintaining good academic performance along the study.

The scholarship only covers tuition fee and free language program.

The following document shall be submitted in the admission process:

1. Copy of latest diploma and transcript that has been approved by local authorities: (for undergraduate applicant) if not in English, please provide diploma and transcript in certified English translation.
2. Copy of passport with validity period for minimum 2 years; (cover page and personal identity page).
3. 1 page of full color passport sized photograph with red background.
4. Proof of personal insurance subscription.
5. Bahasa Indonesia proficiency certification (OPTIONAL).
6. TOEFL min 500 /IELTS min 6.0.
7. In particular for master and doctoral degree applicants, please provide letter of recommendation from 2 lecturers who advise final project, in Bahasa Indonesia or English.
8. Statement letter of financial resources.
9. In particular for doctoral degree applicants, please attach copy of dissertation proposal.

Important Date:

• Online Enrollment      : 1 February – 31 July 2021
• Selection & Interview : 9-13 August 2021
• Result                         : 23 August 2021
• Online registration      : End of August 2021
• Campus Orientation   : early of September 2021
• Classes begin             : September 2021
• Visa, study permit and arrival process after September will be announced later(In case of Indonesia government regulation about Covid -19)

STEPS

1. Make sure before filling the form, prepare all the documents needed including health certificate.

3. Register by making an account and fill the form in good order personal information until document uploaded.
4. After all the processes are done, applicant will receive a proof of registration and print it to be shown on interview day.
