Islamic University is a Saudi government university, under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education in Saudi Arabia. It was founded in 1381 AH and is a global Islamic institution in terms of its goals, in addition to being Saudi in terms of creation.

1. Faculty of Islamic Law (Sharee’ah).
He specializes in the subject of Islamic jurisprudence and its principles, and in the teaching of Islamic studies, as well as in various related sciences.
The faculty includes the following departments:
A- Department of Jurisprudence (Fiqh).
B- Department of Principles of Jurisprudence (Usool ul Fiqh).
C- Department of Justice and Islamic Politics.

D- Department of Law
The faculty offers a bachelor’s degree in Islamic law and a higher diploma in Islamic judgment and politics, as well as a master’s degree and a doctorate in its various areas of specialization.

2. Faculty of Islamic Preaching (Da’wah) and Theology (Usool ud Deen).
He specializes in the subject of Islamic belief and in the teaching of Islamic studies, as well as in various related sciences.
The faculty consists of the following departments:
A- Department of Creed.
B- Department of Islamic Preaching.
C- Department of Islamic history.
D- Department of Education.
The faculty offers a bachelor’s degree in preaching and theology, and an advanced degree in Islamic preaching, as well as a master’s and a doctorate in its various fields of specialization.

3- Faculty of the Holy Quran and Islamic studies.
He specializes in the Koranic sciences, both relating to memorization and interpretation, and in the teaching of Islamic studies, as well as in various supporting sciences.
The faculty comprises the following departments:
1. Department of Quranic recitations (Al-Qiraa’aat).
2. Department of Koranic interpretation.
The faculty offers a bachelor’s degree in Koranic and Islamic studies, as well as a master’s and a doctorate in its various fields of specialization.

4 – Faculty of prophetic tradition (hadith) and Islamic studies.
He specializes in the subject of the prophetic tradition (Hadith) and its sciences, and in the teaching of Islamic studies, as well as in various supporting sciences.
The faculty consists of the following departments:
1. Department of Sunnah Jurisprudence (Fiqh-us-Sunnah) and its sources.
2. Department of Hadith Science.
The Faculty offers a bachelor’s degree in hadith and Islamic studies, as well as a master’s degree and a doctorate in its various fields of specialization.

5 – Faculty of Arabic language.
He specializes in the subject of Arabic language studies, Arabic linguistics and literature, and in the teaching of Islamic studies, as well as in various related sciences.
The faculty includes the following departments:
1. Department of Linguistics.
2. Department of Literature and Rhetoric.
The faculty offers a bachelor’s degree in the Arabic language, as well as a master’s and a doctorate in its various fields of specialization.
The university is also responsible for the Institute for Learning Arabic for Non-Arabic Speakers, the High School and College of the Islamic University, Dar Al-Hadith in Medina and Dar Al-Hadith in Mecca .
Required documents:
1. Secondary level certificate / GCSE / A.
2. Secondary school transcript / GCSE / A-level.
3. Testimony of conduct.
4. Birth certificate.
5. Passport.
6. Identity card (if applicable).
7. A color passport-size photograph (6 × 4), which must be taken without glasses, on a white background, without covering the head.
8. A letter or medical report indicating the health of the applicant’s body, sight and hearing, and freedom from infectious diseases. It must be issued by a reliable medical center.
9. A letter of introduction / recommendation from an Islamic foundation in the applicant’s country of residence, or two prominent Muslims, testifying to the applicant, his religious attachment and his Islamic morals.
10. Certificate of acceptance of Islam, for those who are not Muslim by birth (if available).
Notice
1. The applicant must scan their original documents, together with their translations, using a scanner, in order to display the documents in their original colors.

3. In case of admission of a candidate, the accepted student must bring his original documents, certified by the Saudi Embassy. If there is no Saudi embassy in his country, he should have his documents certified by an authority recognized by the university.
4. In case of errors in the basic information appearing on the original documents of the applicant (such as name, date of birth, place of birth, etc.), the applicant must correct these errors with the responsible authorities before sending his request, because the University Council prohibits the correction of this fundamental information after admission
