Postdoctoral position is available at Joslin Diabetes Center and Harvard Medical School in metabolism and RNA biology. We study mechanisms of metabolic regulation and diabetes pathogenesis, with a focus on small nucleolar RNA (snoRNA) function and ways in which metabolic stress modulates mRNA translation. Qualifications: Successful candidate will have a doctoral degree (PhD, MD/PhD, or MD), track record of productivity with peer-reviewed publications, strong communication skills, and less than 5 years of prior postdoctoral experience. Expertise in molecular cell biology is required.
