TELUQ University, a distance learning university, is seeking to fill a position as a regular professor in human resources management.

Human resources, with a specialization in work and employment transformations, techno-organizational innovations or contemporary HRM strategies.
Job summary
According to methods proven in the practice of distance education, the professor assumes teaching, research and community service responsibilities. She or he participates in the activities and academic life of the School of Administrative Sciences. She or he intervenes mainly in the first and second cycle programs related to the position, but can intervene in the three teaching cycles.
Experience
- Teaching and research experience in a university setting.
- Ability to develop lessons in related disciplines.
- Have a file of publications and research activities contributing to the spread of knowledge in human resources management.
- Excellent command of the French language and great skills in written communication.
- Distance learning experience will be considered a strong asset.
Training
Doctorate with a concentration in human resources management and a specialization on the themes mentioned above.
- Duration of engagement: Regular post.
- Treatment: According to the professors’ collective agreement in force.
- Place of work: Quebec or Montreal.
- Starting date: As soon as possible.
