Eligibility of candidates:
1. Full-time applicants of nationality from African countries and in good health.
2. The medjouel.com team informs you that applicants for English language programs must provide an English test score report. TOEFL requires 80, IELTS 5.5. For those who could not offer the standard English test results mentioned above, an additional oral or written English test organized by Wuhan University will be required to participate.
Native English-speaking applicants may be exempted from providing the above certificate of proficiency in English.
3. This program also supports students who have studied or are studying in China.

Application procedure
1. Register and submit your application online through the CSC Online Application System for International Students at http://laihua.csc.edu.cn . The Wuhan University code is 10486. Please choose program type B which refers to scholarship programs responsible for China-Africa friendship under the Chinese government scholarship . Please download and print a hard copy of the “Chinese Government Scholarship Application Form” after completing the form.
2. Register and submit your online application to the Wuhan University Online Application System for International Students at http://admission.whu.edu.cn , submit online the “Application Form for Wuhan University international researchers and students and the required application documents. listed below:
Application document
1. Chinese government scholarship application form (written in Chinese or English).
2. Application form for scholarship holders and international students from Wuhan University (written in Chinese or English).
3. Notarized certificate and transcripts. Prospective graduates must submit an official document issued by your current school to prove not only your current student status, but also the certificate and the date of graduation. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must include notarized translations in Chinese or English.
4. Study plan, in 800 words, written in Chinese or English.
5. A letter of recommendation from professors or associate professors, in Chinese or English.
6. Scanned copy of the ordinary passport valid with a minimum of one year before its expiration (personal information page).
7. A photocopy of the foreigner physical examination form, completed in English or Chinese, can be downloaded from http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua or http://admission.whu.edu. cn / en /? c = content & a = list & catid = 81. Physical examinations must cover all the elements listed in the foreigners physical examination form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered to be invalid.
Please plan your physical examination schedule carefully as the result is only valid for six months. Please keep the original copy of the school registration form.
8. A valid English level certificate is required if you are applying for a program in English (for example, TOEFL or IELTS).
9. Letter of acceptance from the professor at Wuhan University (if available).
10. Certificate of performance from Chinese universities if candidates have been or are studying in China.

Other
1. The medjouel.com team informs you that admitted students must apply for an X (X1 or X2) visa to enter China. The university will not register students who come with other types of visas. The scholarship will not be reserved if the beneficiary cannot arrive on campus before the registration deadline (the registration time will be notified on your admission notice).
2. Scholarship holders must not change the host university, field of study or duration of study unless they abandon the scholarship.
