Junior Researcher Inclusive Digital Community Care (30-40 h)
What you will be working on 

  • You participate in research efforts in the focus area “Inclusive Digital Community Care”
  • You participate in cutting-edge research projects (national and international). Example of projects you are involved in include developing inclusive, smart and sustainable community care, co-creative methods to empower children and adolescents, families and caregivers, implementation of Value Based Health Care, as well as building the digital health ecosystem
  • You engage in international and interdisciplinary collaborations with colleagues from Health, Technology, and Social Sciences across Europe
  • You are part of the Center for Digital Health and Social Innovation https://cdhsi.fhstp.ac.at/

What we expect from you 

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (eg. public health, health sciences, health economics, digital health, social work science, psychology) with an interest or ongoing pursuit of a PhD
  • Interest and passion for advancing technologies to enhance the lives of vulnerable populations, including older adults, children, and adolescents, and those facing exclusion
  • Skills in at least one of the following areas: qualitative research methods, participatory research, citizen science, design thinking is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of English for communication with colleagues and partners from the international research community and to participate in European projects
  • A researcher mindset: self-motivated, curious, reliable work ethic, strong analytical skills as well as high problem-solving skills, team-oriented mindset and open to continuous learning
