Customer Service Agent, Delivery

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our Delivery team in Benin.
The incumbent will be expected to provide best in class customer experience and will be responsible for planning and executing operational activities as per the agreed terms with clients.

• Professional pro-active communication with customers;
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to achieve required delivery to customers;
• Build customer relationships is key – instill confidence in our intermodal products;
• Actively engage with Customer Services and Intermodal Vendors for workable solutions;
• Swift resolution of queries;
• Accurate and timely reporting;
• Close collaboration with sales teams to maximize on opportunities;
• Assist and enable commercial teams to deliver Logistics & Services growth targets.
We are looking for
• Minimum 2/3 years’ Customer Service experience;
• Team player with excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills;
• Attention to detail for accurate and timely reporting;
• Pro-active individual with great communication skills;
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines;
• English and French language required;
• Knowledge of Import/Export is an advantage.
