The United States offers a respectable, trustworthy jurisdiction for the registration of companies offering goods and services bearing the United States company mark. This jurisdiction does not impose tax obligations on companies called non-residents and also allows nominee services. Companies registered in the country and doing business outside of the United States are not taxed.
