The Gustav-Adolf-Werk strengthens evangelical minorities in the world and organizes help based on the Christian faith. Our goal is to support our partner churches in Europe, Central Asia and Latin America in building up and maintaining their communities through spiritual and material cooperation in ecumenical responsibility. Well-trained church workers are required for this. That is why we award up to 14 scholarships annually from our study and scholarship funds to theology students in our partner churches for a study visit to Germany. Our scholarship holders receive intensive support during their stay. They then return to their countries with new, intercultural experiences, in-depth theological knowledge and good knowledge of German.
