During this program, the exchange of knowledge and experience occurs as the new entrepreneur spends time with the experienced entrepreneur. This immersive experience helps the new entrepreneur acquire the essential skills necessary for successfully running a small business.

Simultaneously, the experienced entrepreneur gains fresh perspectives on their own business and has the opportunity to collaborate with foreign partners or explore new markets. It’s a mutually beneficial arrangement fostering learning and collaboration in the entrepreneurial world.

Benefits of the Program

For New Entrepreneurs:

  • On-the-Job Training: Gain practical, hands-on experience by working in a small or medium-sized enterprise in another participating country. This valuable training will contribute to a successful start for your business or strengthen your newly established enterprise.

  • International Cooperation: Build connections and explore potential collaborations with business partners abroad, fostering a global perspective for your venture.
  • Networking Opportunities: Establish a wide network that can prove beneficial not only during the program but also in the long term.

For Host Entrepreneurs:

  • Fresh Ideas and Motivation: Benefit from the infusion of fresh ideas and motivation brought by a motivated new entrepreneur. They may possess specialized skills or knowledge that complement your own, enhancing the overall strength of your business.
  • Positive Experience: Many host entrepreneurs find the experience so rewarding that they choose to host other new entrepreneurs in the future.
  • Exploration of New Markets: Together with the new entrepreneur, discover new European markets and alternative ways of conducting business.
  • Long-Term Collaboration: The collaboration is a win-win scenario that may lead to long-term partnerships, such as joint ventures, sub-contracting activities, or contractor-supplier relationships.
