Estonian Ministry of Education and Research and Education and Youth Board offer scholarships to foreign nationals, pursuant to bilateral intergovernmental or inter-ministerial agreements concluded with other countries. Starting from the year 2016 the scholarships based on the international agreements are offered in the framework of the Estonian Scholarship Programme for international students, researchers and academic staff.
We offer following scholarships:
- scholarships for participation in summer and winter schools;
- mobility grant for researchers and academic staff;
- scholarship for degree and exchange study
The application with all the required annexes shall be submitted electronically via the application system.
Application period for researchers and lectors mobility grant for 2021 is April 01 – May 01. Electronic submission window closes automatically at 23:59 EET on May 01.

International students exchange study and degree study scholarship application period for 2021/2022 academic year is August 01- September 2021.
