The academic rank of the appointment will be commensurate with the qualifications of the successful candidate. The position will commence on August 1, 2020.

The position will involve an active program of scholarly research; teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in human resources and organizational behaviour; supervision of Masters students’ research; and service contributions to the Faculty and the University.
Candidates will have a Ph.D./DBA (or close to completion) in Human Resources, Organizational Behaviour, or a related field from a school recognized by Canadian universities.
