Applicants must submit an application for FAFSA and Florida Financial Assistance (FFAA).
If you are not located in Florida, a copy of the Student Aid Report (SAR) must be sent to OSFA and stamped no later than May 15.
Applicants must show proof of ancestry
  • The applicant must be a direct descendant of the Rosewood families affected by the incidents of January 1923; applicants for renewal have priority.
  • Amount of the allocation specified in the general appropriations law.
  • The scholarship covers annual tuition and fees up to $ 6,100 per semester for up to eight semesters.
