About Us: Bantani Education is a non-profit organization based in Belgium, working collaboratively to foster entrepreneurial and creative lifelong learning. By bringing together extensive political and practical experience, we work with partners from the public, community and private sectors to integrate high quality entrepreneurial and creative learning practices and policies into formal and non-formal learning.

In today’s world, entrepreneurial skills are now basic skills that every learner needs to create their own future. We are passionate about sharing the message of entrepreneurial learning – it is not about business ventures but rather about developing life skills in all types of education. To work on our vision, we

  • Share information and expertise through networks, presentations and conferences;
  • Develop online learning and facilitate online communities of practice in the field of entrepreneurial learning;
  • Advise governments on entrepreneurial learning;
  • Conduct research on entrepreneurial learning;
  • Build collaborations and innovative initiatives involving decision-makers, educators, the community and the private sector.

About the Position: The successful candidate will work alongside our Operations Manager to help coordinate and implement a high quality program and project management and financial management approach throughout Bantani’s work. This will be linked to the support of:

  • Design and implementation of project management systems
  • Planning and monitoring of costs, risks and KPIs in all of our work
  • Impact analysis and reports
  • Support communications with stakeholders related to program management and implementation

The Project Management Assistant will also play an important role in the development of our new approach to annual impact reporting, to ensure that the value of our work is assessed and shared. support the development of tailor-made entrepreneurial education and a lifelong learning community.

About you:

What we can offer: This is a 6 month internship funded through the Erasmus + Internship Program for current students or recent graduates, undergraduate or postgraduate. You will work with a dynamic and passionate team who work in English and are based across Europe. You will gain tremendous experience which you can take with you to your next job, although we are always willing to try and employ our interns!

You will have the opportunity to work with people from many different sectors and countries, thanks to our diverse portfolio of projects and networks. You will gain high-level experience in the areas of online learning development and community engagement, through project management and learning lessons from implementation.

Compensation includes the Erasmus + grant, local transport costs and additional reimbursement of food costs.

Location: You must be eligible for an Erasmus + internship through your university and be able to do this six-month internship in Belgium. We offer flexible work, including working from home, but this Erasmus + internship cannot be done remotely from another country. Our office is based in Tervuren – reachable by tram from Montgomery station in Brussels in around 30 minutes.
