Au cours des deux années d’emploi, le chercheur sera responsable de l’infrastructure d’analyse des données, de la gestion des données disponibles dans le projet et sera impliqué dans l’analyse de ces données.

Le postdoc facilitera l’infrastructure et la cohérence transfrontalière des données génétiques et phénotypiques, facilitera et participera à l’analyse des mégadonnées dans les approches analytiques de comorbidité et de trajectoire, et vers la prédiction / stratification. Le projet fait partie d’un projet H2020 financé par l’Union européenne, «CoMorMent, Prédire les maladies cardiovasculaires comorbides chez les personnes atteintes de troubles mentaux en décodant les mécanismes de la maladie».

Le projet aidera à identifier les déterminants génétiques et les mécanismes pathologiques des maladies cardiovasculaires comorbides dans les troubles mentaux et leur relation avec le comportement et le mode de vie malsain. Le postdoc travaillera avec l’infrastructure de données nordique sécurisée (Tryggve) prenant en charge les analyses intersites et participera à la gestion des données et à l’analyse des grandes données disponibles pour apporter des informations importantes sur le terrain, soutenues par des publications dans des revues scientifiques de premier plan.

No one can be appointed for more than one Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at the University of Oslo.

During the two years of employment, the researcher will be responsible for data analytics infrastructure, data management of the available data in the project, and be involved in analysis of these data.

The postdoc will facilitate infrastructure and cross-border genetic and phenotype data consistency, facilitate and participate for big data analytics in comorbidity and trajectory analytical approaches, and towards prediction/stratification. The project is part of a H2020 project funded by the European Union, “CoMorMent, Predicting comorbid cardiovascular disease in individuals with mental disorder by decoding disease mechanisms”.

The project will help identify genetic determinants and pathological mechanisms of comorbid cardiovascular disease in mental disorders and its relationship to behavior and unhealthy lifestyle.  The postdoc will work with the secure Nordic data infrastructure (Tryggve) supporting cross-site analyses, and participate in the data management and analysis of large available data to contribute important insight to the field, supported by publications in leading scientific journals.
