Make Our Planet Great Again (MOPGA) – Research fellowships for young researchers

The MOPGA 2022 scholarship program for young researchers will fund researchers working on the following research themes:

  • earth system sciences,
  • climate change and sustainability science,
  • energy transition,
  • societal issues of environmental issues,
  • human, animal and environmental health as defined under the “One Health” approach.

 AMOUNT / SERVICES

This scholarship awards the following benefits:

  • Monthly allowance of 2,500 euros
  • Installation allowance of 500 euros
  • Social security coverage
  • Mutual

 DURATION

40 scholarships will be awarded to the young researchers laureates over a 12-month period starting in September 2022 .

 LEVEL OF STUDIES

Postdoctorat
Particularities

Researchers must have held a doctoral degree for less than 5 years on the date of submission of the file, i.e. have defended their thesis between December 2016 and December 2021 inclusive.

 LANGUAGE MASTERY

Research may be conducted in French or English depending on the criteria defined by the host laboratory.

 ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

Researchers must not have resided in France after September 1, 2021 (more than 90 days).

The start of the research fellowship for young researchers in France will take effect in September 2022.
