- letter of motivation
- curriculum vitae
- proof of academic achievement and
- two reference letters from teachers
The documents can be submitted in German or English.
A jury of experts from TU Graz draw up an initial list of awardees. The final awards will be given by Siemens.

- From WS 2021/22 and on, two Siemens Scholarships will be awarded:
- for master’s students in the Computer Science, Software Engineering and Management, or Information and Computer Engineering programmes
The scholarship is preferably awarded to newly admitted students at TU Graz.
- for master’s students in the Computer Science, Software Engineering and Management, or Information and Computer Engineering programmes
- Length: Support will be provided for a maximum of 24 months (with appropriate proof of achievement)
- Amount: For master’s students, the amount provided each year is 8,000 €, and when appropriate proof of achievement has been provided, a total of 16,000 € over the period of two years

Requirements and Admission Requirements
All complete applications submitted by students who have been admitted to the master’s programme since the winter semester 2021/22 and have thus far provided excellent proof of academic achievement will be considered. Any admission requirements must, therefore, be met. Upon receipt of the scholarships, proof of academic achievement must be provided after one year.
