Postdoctoral Fellow in Leukemic Stem Cell Biology

Postdoctoral positions are available in the lab of Dr. Kolja Eppert at McGill University (Faculty of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics) in Montreal, Canada and the McGill University Health Center (Montreal Children’s Hospital). We have multiple projects consisting of investigating the preleukemic to leukemic progression in pediatric and adult acute myeloid leukemia, the molecular regulation of stem cells, and drug discovery. Applicants should have a PhD in fields such as hematopoiesis, leukemia or other cancers, stem cell biology, cell biology, biochemistry, or molecular biology. Experience in leukemia or hematopoiesis is a plus. Applicants should have expertise in some or all of these methods: molecular biology techniques, animal models, bioinformatics, tissue culture, xenotransplantation. Ability to communicate well in written and spoken English is required.
