In 2014, two projects were selected as case studies to strengthen development and more precisely determine the impact of infant mortality from a Prize focused on scientific data and evidence. These case studies were used as real scenarios to understand what changes needed to be made in terms of data collection and analysis, and how the Prize could be refined to best meet these needs.
