3. Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must exhibit not only extraordinary leadership skills but also excel in these areas:

• Minimum Requirements:

  • Possession of an undergraduate degree

  • Age between 18 and 28

  • Proficient in English

• Desired Qualities:

  • Strong leadership capabilities and proactive initiative

  • Exemplary character, integrity, and high intellectual capacity

  • Empathy and intercultural competence

  • Open-mindedness and entrepreneurial spirit
