Eligibility	Women between the ages 20-35. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and/or higher. Nationals of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria or Zimbabwe are eligible. Applicants should be passionate about climate action and have basic knowledge of climate change? Applicants should be involved in a climate adaptation project or be aware of a challenge in your community? Applicants having personal or professional leadership experience are encouraged to apply. Applicants need to have a strong and reliable internet connection and a proficient level of English.
