Senior Lecturer (must hold a Doctorate/Ph.D. degree) for a full-time position at the Linz School of Education, Department of STEM Education

Job Duties:

  • Independently teach university-level classes in the fields of basic general biology, ecology, human biology, neuro-biology, biomimetics and biotechnology (mainly for students in the teacher education program)
  • Create a practical course in biotechnology
  • Establish a Master’s module in biology and technology for graduate students
  • Conduct autonomous and independent research in one or several fields of teaching
  • Organize the undergraduate and graduate degree programs in biology

Your Qualifications:

  • Professional teaching experience
  • Possess research experience (preferably in the fields of biomimetics, ecology, neuro-biology and morphology)
  • Project management experience
  • Strong command of German and English (level B2+)
