The OECD Internship Program is designed to enable students with diverse backgrounds to put their skills and motivation at the service of the Organization, by collaborating on projects in line with the Strategic Orientations of the Secretary-General and by providing support institutional functions of the Organization. Its main objective is to give successful candidates the opportunity to improve their analytical and technical capabilities in an international environment.
The internship program is open continuously. Students enrolled in a fully accredited degree program (bachelor’s, master’s, doctorate) for the duration of their internship can apply online. Selected interns must work remotely until further notice.
When to apply
We regularly recruit interns and applications are accepted throughout the year. You can apply at any time on our online platform .
The start date of your internship will be fixed according to your availability dates and the calendar of the OECD recruitment teams: do not forget to specify these dates in the application form.

– Note to candidatesDue to the high volume of applications received, the OECD Traineeships Office is unable to provide a response to each one. Consequently, only the shortlisted candidates will be contacted by the Directorates for an interview. If you are not contacted by the recruitment teams of the Directorate concerned within three months of submitting your application, you may consider that it has not been selected for this time and may apply to new, according to the above schedule. Remember that you will still need to be registered as a student during the internship period.
