Post-doctoral position in theoretical particles physics and phenomenology

The Centre for Cosmology, particle physics and phenomenology at the Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL), Belgium, invites applications for two postdoctoral positions in particle physics. The appointment is for 1+1 years and could start as early as 1st of Nov 2021.

Candidates should have a PhD in theoretical particle physics and/or in high energy astrophysics at the time of the appointment and should be in mobility. Candidates with experience in i) physics beyond the Standard Model at colliders, ii) astroparticle physics, iii) dark matter, iv) simulations for events at high energy, v) neutrino physics and vi) early universe physics are particularly encouraged to apply.
The successful candidates will join and reinforce the pheno group at the Centre for Cosmology, Particle Physics and Phenomenology, working on BSM searches at collider and in astrophysics and dark Matter searches (Fabio Maltoni and Celine Degrande), neutrino phenomenology and early universe (Marco Drewes) and high energy simulations (Fabio Maltoni and Olivier Mattelaer).

Applications should be submitted preferably before 20 October 2021. Later applications will be considered until the position is filled.

Applicants should provide a curriculum vitae, a list of publications and a brief description of their research interests, as well as arrange for three recommendation letters to be sent separately. Applications should be submitted using the online form only:
