Assistant or Associate Professor, in the area of Applied Therapeutics / Clinical Pharmacy

The College of Pharmacy, Rady Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Manitoba, Canada invites applications for a tenure-track or tenured position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor, in the area of Applied Therapeutics / Clinical Pharmacy.

Applicants should possess a post-baccalaureate PharmD or clinically applied Ph.D., with post-doctoral training, fellowship training, or otherwise demonstrated research experience. Preferable areas of focus include mental health, general medicine, geriatrics, or pediatrics. Experience in clinical pharmacy practice is required. The successful candidate would be expected to obtain practicing licensure through the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba. The successful candidate will be expected to develop a clinical pharmacy research program in the candidate’s areas of expertise and seek external funding. Teaching experience and a record of research / scholarly activity will be considered an asset. The successful candidate will be expected to teach in undergraduate and graduate programs and provide service to the College of Pharmacy and the University. Salary and rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

The College of Pharmacy is located in a state-of-the-art 90,000 sq. feet Apotex Centre on the Bannatyne Campus at the University of Manitoba.
