Video Production Internship

About The Position: Klint is looking for a talented and versatile videographer to help up with the production of a variety of videos. We need someone that wants to learn fast and get involved with internal and client projects quickly. Sounds like fun? We think so.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Video production of a variety of projects including: explainer videos, how-to videos, TikTok shorts, interviews, client case studies, and more!
• Produce high-quality videos using a blend of memes, b-roll, stock footage, and animated titles using our in-house equipment.
• Shooting a DSLR camera, Gimbals, Tripod, Light kits, Go-pro, wireless mics, etc.
• Editing videos in adobe premiere and exporting for upload into SoMe and video platforms (Youtube, TikTok, Linkedin, Facebook, Etc)
• Gather B-roll footage for cutaways and easier editing in the future
• Edit videos in adobe premiere and export videos for uploading.
• Management of video content calendar and all video marketing projects.
• Give input and strategy on video, marketing, and social media projects.
• Edit videos with adobe premiere or photoshop and export final drafts for upload on SoMe
• Posting videos, creating youtube playlists, adding video descriptions, and management of the video content calendar
• Keeping track of all video footage and staying organized with google drive and external hard drives

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• EAGERNESS TO LEARN
• Understanding of basic video production principles, lighting, rule of thirds, audio, and more.
• Experience using DSLR cameras and Go Pro cameras
• Knowledge of video production equipment including lighting, mics, gimbals, tripods, etc
• Portfolio showing finished edited videos with a variety of cuts, angles, and clips.
• Able to overcome obstacles and come up with creative solutions to complete projects
• Attention to details and an eye for a polished finished product
• Organizational skills and eagerness to work on multiple projects at once
• Able to take feedback and implement changes to work
• Deadline-driven mentality
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative team environment
• Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn about new industries
• Exhibits personal initiative and independence

EXTRA POINTS (but not required) IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• Experience with wordpress, or other CMS platforms
• Experience with the  video production process and interviews
• Experience with writing, content creation, and editing
• Familiarity with basic SEO and SEO for Video principles
• Experience with creating videos and/or screen capturing video
