Description:

Mission of the service / hierarchical position :

Under the supervision of the Secretary General of the European University Alliance for Global Health (EUGLOH) and the EUGLOH project manager of the Faculty of Science, the trainee will contribute to the development of the Alliance’s digital services in a collaborative and agile process.

Main activities of the intern :
– Contribute to the analysis of the needs in terms of communication, collaboration, exchange of documents and data and follow-up of actions within the project, and identify adequate existing tool(s);
– Contribute to the modelling, design and/or parameterisation, development and testing of all or part of the selected software solutions;
– Participate in the evolutionary and curative maintenance of the developments made;
– Support the implementation and monitoring of access management to the tools;
– Participate and cooperate in the animation of the various authorities of the project for subjects related to the information and communication tools, in connection with the Information Systems Department (ISD);
– Contribute to the development and execution of functional and/or technical tests
