Your tasks

  • work towards gaining a Ph.D. in organic and macromolecular chemistry for stretchable and sustainable electronic materials
  • being part of the prestigious European consortium ‘‘Flexible IntelligenT NEar-field Sensing Skins‘‘ (FITNESS) and work closely with our European partners
  • contribute to develop new and sustainable electroactive polymers for advanced metasurfaces in robotics
  • write academic papers on your results
  • be involved in the co-supervision and teaching of students (e.g., co-supervising B.Sc. candidates in the group, teaching of seminars and laboratories)

Your profile

  • completed a M.Sc. in chemistry, material science or a similar subject
  • hands-on experience regarding chemical synthesis
  • highly motivated to work in organic or macromolecular chemistry and develop your skills
  • enthusiastic and innovative team member and support your colleagues

Remuneration

The remuneration is in accordance with 13 TV-L. (75%) and for a maximum of three years. A prolongation is possible. Job share arrangements can be accommodated.
