Eligibility
Applicants must have obtained a Ph.D. from January 1, 2021 or, with authorized career breaks, have obtained the doctorate. date that would be proportional to a doctorate. Award date January 1, 2021.
Duration:
The Alfred Deakin Postdoctoral Fellowship extends over a period of two years , during which fellows receive a competitive salary ranging from $92,891 to $123,739 per year .
Scholarship Details
- Expressions of interest (EOI) are now open for the Alfred Deakin Postdoctoral Research Fellowship (ADPRF) 2025. The Alfred Deakin Institute for Citizenship and Globalization (ADI) will have its own evaluation committee and will therefore manage its own EOI process.
- The Alfred Deakin Postdoctoral Research Fellowships aim to build capacity and excellence in research and innovation to create impact on strategic priority research strengths at Deakin University.
- The fellowships support and develop early-career researchers identified as potential rising stars, with the aim of building capacity and capability in key research areas and training the next generation of high-performing, internationally competitive researchers.
- Please note that the EOI is only required for applicants who wish to be accommodated at ADI. Alternatively, please refer to the official Deakin ADPRF website or contact Alfred Deakin PR Fellows ( adprfellowships@deakin.edu.au ) for further questions.
