The University of Skövde recently updated the name of the scholarship program for master’s students it administers. Reference will no longer be made to UHR scholarships but to master’s scholarships from the University of Skövde.
Masters Scholarships from the University of Skövde
The University of Skövde awards partial scholarships to students who must pay tuition fees to follow a master’s program at our university.
Scholarships are partial exemptions from tuition fees (50% of tuition fees). If you are granted, the amount will be automatically deducted from the tuition fees when you receive your invoice.
The scholarship is granted for one academic semester, but it can be extended to the following academic semesters provided that the student’s study results are satisfactory. The criterion for granting the scholarship is academic merit. Awards may be granted only to students who pay fees for tuition .
Please note that you must be able to finance the rest of the tuition fees yourself and cover all the costs of your stay during your stay in Sweden.
Scholarships are awarded before the start of a master’s program. If you have already been admitted or registered as a Masters student at the University of Skövde, you are not currently eligible to apply for UHR scholarships.
