A postdoctoral scholar position is available for a highly motivated scientist at the University of California, Los Angeles to focus on Investigative dermatology using a combination of T cell lines and clinically derived samples. Our group is highly collaborative with basic programs in Immunology, Biochemistry and Proteomics at UCLA and deeply integrated into the clinical translational groups at our Medical center. Our approach will combine scRNA-seq analyses of cells and metagenomic analysis of the skin microbiome to define how strain-specific differences influence the immune responses at the site of disease.
The ideal candidate will be able to independently develop, guide, and complete research projects.
