According to a study published in 2020 by the recruitment firm PageGroup and relayed by the economic magazine Capital, 17 professions will experience a salary increase in 2021.

- Maintenance technician

- UX Designer
Do all these professions have one thing in common? To exercise them, you must have a master’s degree, so bac + 5. For example, to become a UX designer, you must first have completed a master design or a master UX Design. Ditto for the compliance officer for whom it is strongly recommended to have a bac + 5 diploma from a business school or a university, in banking risk control or financial security. An MBA in Risk, Control and Compliance is ideal. To become a key account salesperson, you must have a master’s degree in commercial engineering.
On the salary side, the risk analyst, for example, will see his annual salary increase, and increase to 40,000 euros gross per year, if he has between 2 and 5 years of experience. As for the technical sales engineer, his salary will be between 30,000 and 40,000 euros if he is a beginner, and up to 60,000 euros gross annually if he has between 3 and 5 years of experience. Finally, a novice maintenance technician will earn between 25,000 and 30,000 euros, an amount that climbs to 37,000 between 2 and 5 years of experience. An experienced technician will receive up to 45,000 euros gross annually.
