A postdoctoral position is open for a highly motivated applicant who has experience in cell biology and/or biophysics, and in particular DNA damage and repair mechanisms and confocal microscopy techniques, at Department of Cell Biophysics, Faculty of Biochemistry, Biophysics and Biotechnology, Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Poland. This position specifically focuses on processes of chromatin reorganisation in response to induction of DNA double-stand breaks. Principal techniques to be used are fluorescence confocal microscopy and super-resolution microscopy.
