University of Borås scholarships in Sweden

The scholarships offered by the University of Borås are intended to partly or fully cover the tuition fee, they are not designed to cover living costs. The payment is not made in monetary terms; instead the tuition fee will be reduced by the amount of the tuition fee waiver.

The University’s criteria in awarding scholarships are good study records as well as qualifications that the University assesses to be in line with the University’s prioritised educational or research areas.

Application

The application for scholarships for autumn semester 2017 is now open. On the right you find the link for the application.

Students who are granted a scholarship will be notified in March 2017, at the same time as the Selection results for master’s applicants are published.

Scholarships from the Swedish Institute

The Swedish Institute, a government agency, receives funding each year to use for scholarships to international students. They have several programs available. Scholarships awarded by the Swedish Institute are available to international students from specific countries. More information is available at Swedish Institute Scholarships.
