Through MIU’s payment plans, students have the option of paying their tuition in installments. In addition, Marconi offers discounts for advance payments and for initial full course enrollments (60 credits), as well as other aids for people with special needs .

Tuition fees include training and access to the virtual classroom, use of study and communication tools and interactive supports. Third-party materials, such as textbooks, are not included, although students have access to special offers through Marconi.

The main goal of Marconi International University is to bring together students from all over the world, regardless of race, religion and political orientation. Each year , the program of scholarships MIU includes many scholarships dedicated to different categories of students who qualify and comply with all requirements. Eligibility for scholarships is based on a combination of criteria which guarantees the potential of each candidate . Scholarship preferences will be aimed at national and international applicants whether or not they have a nonimmigrant visa.

A student can apply, as appropriate, to  a  single one of the scholarships available listed below and are limited in number and half. All applications are subject to formal review, evaluation and decision by the scholarship committee .

OAS SCHOLARSHIPS

HISPANIC AND CARIBBEAN UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP

MIU offers scholarships of up to 50% of the tuition fee for applicants who have graduated from a recognized higher education institution (high school or university) in Latin America or the Caribbean and wish to continue their education  online planned study with Marconi International University. To apply for this scholarship, students must provide an original or a certified sealed copy of their transcripts, obtained from the institution in Latin America or the Caribbean. Transcripts must be accompanied by an official diploma assessment completed and submitted to the university by a recognized assessment service. Students should also indicate the scholarship for which they are applying and theirprogram . The MIU scholarship committee reviews each application and assesses its compliance with the scholarship criteria.

AFRICA, ASIA AND MIDDLE EAST GRADUATE AND GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP

MIU offers scholarships of up to 50% of the tuition fee for applicants who have graduated from a recognized higher education institution (high school or university) in Africa , Asia or the Middle East and wish to pursue their studies  onlinewith Marconi International University. To apply for this scholarship, students must provide an original or certified sealed copy of their transcripts obtained from the African, Asian or Middle Eastern institution. Transcripts must be accompanied by an official diploma assessment completed and submitted to the university by a recognized assessment service. Students should also indicate the scholarship for which they are applying and their intended program of study. The MIU scholarship committee reviews each application and assesses its compliance with the scholarship criteria.

EUROPEAN UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP

MIU offers scholarships of up to 30% of the tuition fee for applicants who have graduated from a recognized higher education institution (high school or university) in Europe and wish to continue their studies  online with the International University Marconi. To apply for this scholarship, students must provide an original or a certified sealed copy of their transcript obtained from the European institution. The transcript must be accompanied by an official assessment of the diplomas completed and submitted to the university by a recognized assessment service. Students must also indicate the scholarship they are applying for and their programplanned studies. The MIU scholarship committee reviews each application and assesses its compliance with the scholarship criteria.

MILITARY SCHOLARSHIP AND VETERANS AFFAIRS

MIU is offering a 30% tuition reward for online and on-campus programs for the following categories of military and veteran students:

  • Active service
  • Reserve Military Veterans
  • Active duty or reserve spouse / dependent

To receive this scholarship, the active duty or reserve service member, veteran, or spouse / dependent of the active duty or reserve service member will need to complete the MIU scholarship application and show proof of service. The MIU scholarship committee reviews each application and assesses its compliance with the scholarship criteria.

ADULT AND PROFESSIONAL STUDENTS RESIDING IN FLORIDA

MIU recognizes that tuition fees are a major factor for mature students when making the decision to return to university and complete their studies. For this reason, a grant of up to 50% of tuition fees is offered to adult students residing in Florida aged 28 to 55 who wish to enroll in a  program graduate or postgraduate  in   online  or   on campus  . To apply for this scholarship, students must send proof of Florida citizenship or residency (US passport, driver’s license, or Florida ID card) and their curriculum vitae showing a minimum of 2 years of work experience. The committee ofMIU scholarships reviews each application and assesses compliance with the scholarship criteria.

MERIT-BASED UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIPS

MIU offers 20% tuition-based merit scholarships for online or on-campus programs to domestic and international students who have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.9 in their previous studies (high school, bachelor’s or master’s degree). This can be proven by providing an original or a certified sealed copy of the transcripts. If the degree was obtained at an institution outside of the United States, transcripts must be accompanied by a formal credential assessment completed and submitted to the university by a recognized assessment service. To maintain the scholarship if awarded, students must remain enrolled full-time during the spring and fall semesters and achieve a minimum GPA of 2.9.

SCHOLARSHIPS EXCELLENCE

MIU provides 300 scholarships Excellence per year, up to 60% of tuition fees to  the  programs  online  taught in Spanish or English, to provide educational opportunities for international students of the Americas that demonstrate high potential.

To be eligible, applicants must write a 300-word essay explaining their motivation to enroll in Marconi and why they are considered a high potential candidate along with their updated resume. The Marconi scholarship committee will assess the application and communicate the results to applicants on a weekly basis.
