The Roddenberry Award aims to highlight extraordinary organizations and support their efforts to increase their impact; seek creative approaches from diverse members of our global community; and inspire others to take innovative and creative approaches to global problems.
Four scholarships of $ 250,000 will be awarded to organizations working in the fields of education, the environment, science or humanity. In addition to the four $ 250,000 recipients, up to five organizations in each area will be publicly recognized as finalists.
The criteria for the award are innovation, impact potential, vision and track record.

Eligibility
The Roddenberry Foundation welcomes applications for individuals, non-profit organizations, social enterprises and B-corps who meet all of the following criteria:
- People aged 18 or over
- Organizations or institutions with a budget of $ 10 million or less
- Organizations whose main objective of their work is education, science, the environment or humanity
- Submit an application in English
- Include complete responses to all required application questions
- Accept all legal conditions of the scholarship program
- Be able to legally receive grants
