CGU Tawain Scholarship Benefits
A great opportunity to study in Taiwan. One of the easiest opportunities to obtain. The CGU International Scholarship will cover the following expenses as outlined below: For Masters students:
- University Tuition Waivers
- Living expenses TWD 8,000 per month
- The assistantship will also be offered to master’s students by an advisor for research work.
For the Ph.D. Students:
- Tuition waivers
- Living expenses TWD 12,000 per month
- Monthly allowance NT$29,000 (US$966) per month
- Doctoral students will also benefit from an advisor assistantship for research work.
Eligibility criteria for CGU Taiwan
- Applicants must be international students from any country other than Taiwan.
- Applicants must be in good physical and mental health.
- Applicants cannot be beneficiaries of other scholarships at the same time.
- Applicants must complete the application form correctly, honestly and completely and submit the application documents required by the university.
- Applicants with an undergraduate/bachelor’s degree can apply for master’s programs.
- Applicants with a master’s degree can apply for doctoral or doctoral programs.

- Study plan: The study plan can be written in English or Chinese.
- Certificate of English Proficiency: If the previous degree includes only courses taught in English, applicants may request the university/department/advisor to issue an official statement stating that “the language of instruction is English in this institute.
- Academic thesis or relevant publications (for applicants to the doctoral program).
