Online admission system

The online second cycle admission application for the coming semester will be available according to the  online application deadlines   through the   online application link.

After submitting a complete online application,   the mandatory documents   must be downloaded before the  Deadline  via the  download system  using the same connection ID and the same PIN code created for the online application.

Mandatory documents for a request (without which the request will not be processed

• • Copy of identity (passport for international applicants / national identity card for Saudi nationals / Iqama for residents of Saudi Arabia).

• • Complete official transcripts for the BS diploma (  and   MS for doctoral candidates).

• • Goal Statement (a one page essay on career and research objectives at KFUPM).

• • Recommendations Academic reference letters via the online recommendation system after submitting the online application.

• • Certificates for the BS diploma (  and   MS for doctoral candidates) if the diplomas are granted.

• GMAT score (for international MBA applicants).

Other supporting documents (necessary for a final decision)

• • TOEFL   score  (min. 68   i  BT for MS and 79   i  BT for PhD) or IELTS  score  (min. 6 for MS and 6.5 for PhD).

• • General  acceptable   GRE  score   (the minimum quantity is 156, the minimum analytical writing is 4.0).

• After approval, the original / certified copies of the certificates and transcripts must be sent by post.
