The Laboratory of Arnold Han MD, PhD is inviting applications for a dynamic and highly motivated postdoctoral research scientist to join his research program in immunology at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons. Our research investigates the function of T cells as they pertain to human diseases, specifically autoimmune disease and cancer. We develop and apply a diverse combination of experimental approaches, including single-cell genomics and patient-derived organoid technology to understand the molecular basis of T cell recognition and function in diseases. We ultimately aim to enable T cell-based therapeutic strategies. The ideal candidate will have research experience in cellular and molecular biology and immunology and familiarity with computation analysis. We encourage candidates trained in other research fields who feel their experience is translatable to our studies to apply.
