Eligibility	Applicants should hold a PhD in a relevant life sciences discipline. Have excellent communication skills. Be extensively trained in antibody discovery, molecular biology, and protein engineering. In our research group, we highly value collaboration, and it will be expected that the candidates can demonstrate that he/she has a track record for successfully collaborating with his/her peers and students. It is expected that the applicant has significant experience with one or more of the following techniques: Phage display technology Phage library construction ELISA. Time-Resolved Fluorescence Assay. DELFIA, SPR Assay development. Molecular biology (e.g. cloning, PCR, sequencing etc.) Recombinant protein expression and purification in bacteria, yeast and/or mammalian cells RP-HPLC and/or ÄKTA.
