Assistant Professor (adjunct), Department of Biodiversity and Evolutionary Taxonomy, Faculty of Biological Sciences, University of Wroclaw, Poland

Requirements:

1. doctoral degree in biological sciences in the discipline of biology;

2. experience in research work on systematics, taxonomy, phylogenetics and zoogeography of social insects;

3. scientific achievements in the above-mentioned fields documented by publications in renowned international scientific journals;

4. didactic experience in conducting classes with students in the field of evolutionary biology and invertebrate zoology;

5. having at least 3 months of work experience in a significant foreign research center;

6. knowledge of Polish and English spoken and written;

7. conducted research must fit into the discipline of biological sciences.

Required documents:

1. application addressed to the Rector of the University of Wroclaw;

2. CV with information on the course of professional work;

3. personal questionnaire;

4. personal note on research and teaching activity;

5. list of scientific publications;

6. a certified copy of the diploma PhD degree;

7. reference letter from senior researcher;

8. statement that if employed, the University of Wrocław will be the primary place of work.
