University Assistant (must hold a Doctorate/Ph.D. degree) for a 16-hour/week position at the Institute of Education and Psychology, Department for Work, Organizational and Media Psychology (to February 28, 2021)

Job Duties:
- Conduct independent research in the field of Work and Organizational Psychology and/or Media Psychology
- Actively take part in preparing for and teaching university-level courses as part of various curricula (including the Master’s degree program in Psychology with specialization in Technology and Economy)
- Supervise Bachelor’s and Master’s theses
Your Qualifications:
- The successful candidate must hold a Diploma/Master’s degree in Psychology, plus either a doctorate in Psychology or a comparable doctorate in which the dissertation topic clearly includes aspects in psychology
- Advanced expertise in research methods and statistics
- Willingness to conduct research in the field of Work and Organizational Psychology and/or Media Psychology/New Media
- Willingness to conduct research in the department’s field of research priorities (http://aom.jku.at/research/research‑priorities/?lang=en)
- Strong command of English (both spoken and written, level B2+)
- Advanced expertise in the area of psychological assessment and international experience are desired
