The  Fraunhofer IOSB-INA  in Lemgo is the location of IOSB for Industrial Automation, a future technology for designing Intelligent Technical Systems.

Your tasks

  • Training in and participation in certifications (e.g. GIAC Response and Industrial Defense (GRID))
  • Independent processing of projects with industry and research partners with a focus on software development for embedded systems and desktops, primarily with SciPy
  • Development of offers for professional development in our cybersecurity learning laboratory and support in the organization and implementation of seminars
  • Large scope for scientific development and self-determined advancement of topics and projects in a young, expanding institute
  • A motivated team that inspires each other through its interdisciplinary composition
  • Family-friendly conditions and flexible working hours

What you bring with you

  • A university degree (diploma / master) in computer science, electrical engineering, information technology or physics, also with relevant doctorate and / or professional experience
  • Knowledge of network technology (Ethernet, TCP / IP)
  • Familiar with C, C ++, Rust, Python and TypeScript
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working

What you can expect

Employment, remuneration and social benefits are based on the collective agreement for the public service (TVöD).
The position is limited to 3 years. There is the possibility of a time limit.
The weekly worktime is 39 hours.
