Position Description: Seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral applicant to train in an exciting research lab at the NYU School of Medicine in NYC with a focus on pancreatic cancer biology. The Kimmelman lab focuses on understanding various aspects of the disease including its unique metabolism as well as mechanisms of therapeutic resistance and utilizes state-of-the-art mouse models as well as in vitro systems.
Applicant must hold an M.D. or Ph.D. Basic cell and molecular biology experience is required. Experience with mouse models of cancer or techniques to analyze tumor metabolism such as Mass Spec are beneficial.
