Net salaries are a highly individual matter, and we cannot give you definite figures. We can only give you a rough estimate (no guarantee!) based on the gross salary levels of the public sector in Berlin in 2019. TV-L Berlin E13 at 100% for an experienced postdoc (several years of postdoc experience, single, no children) comes to approx. €70.000 gross per year (that is the basic pay before the deduction of income tax and various insurances).
