Stage : Communications Assistant Digital Opportunities Traineeship (DOT)

Women On Top is the most experienced non-profit organization in Greece that works for the professional empowerment of women and for equality in the workplace.

She is now looking for a Communications Assistant who will support the organization with all of its online presence and communications needs.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the organization’s social media accounts

• Provide suggestions and ideas to promote the activities of the organization through all available channels

• Reporting for all social media accounts

• Content management of the organization’s website

Qualifications

• Student / graduate in marketing, communications, business administration or other related field

• Familiar with social media

• Very good written and oral communication skills

• Fluency in English (written and oral)

• A good knowledge of Greek will be appreciated

• Knowledge of social media reporting and SEO will be appreciated

Other personal skills:

• Outgoing personality with networking and community building skills

• Very interested in issues related to gender equality, diversity and inclusion, especially in the workplace

• Attention to detail

• Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback
