We offer a paid internship in a tourist agency in Vienna for at least 3 months!

480 euro salary!

THE DAILY TASKS:
• telephone and written customer inquiries and orders
• on-site customer contact
• support of our website and social media channels
• writing short Vienna related blog texts
• responsibility for the documentation of all customer contacts and processes in our CRM system
• if having an economic background also helping with accounting

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
• Friendliness and high level of commitment
• very good knowledge of English
• Spanish, German is an advantage, but not a requirement
• any other language is an advantage
• well-groomed appearance
• experience at reception and/or back office is an advantage
