The scholarship program is reserved for students admitted in the 1st year of the Bachelor – in the following programs:
- Bachelor in International Management of Culinary Arts
- Bachelor in International Pastry Management
- Bachelor (Hons.) International Hotel Management
- Bachelor (Hons.) International Restaurant Management
Excellence scholarships are intended for deserving students under the age of 26 who can demonstrate the excellence of their academic results before entering the Institut Paul Bocuse.
AMOUNT / SERVICES
The aid is granted on the amount of tuition fees.
In 2021, scholarships averaged € 2,800.
The other costs are the responsibility of the student (registration fees, additional costs, living costs).
DURATION
The scholarship is awarded for 1 year . It is renewable each year under certain conditions (academic results, attendance, behavior and involvement in the life of the school).

Mention VERY GOOD at the baccalaureate and / or average of 16/20 (or equivalent) during the year of terminal or equivalent diploma.

- Bilingual course: French: level B2 and English: TOEFL = 80 / TOEIC = 750 / IELTS = 6.5
- English curriculum: TOEFL = 80 – TOEIC = 750 – IELTS = 6.5
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
The future student must show a strong motivation for demanding higher studies in France and an interest in the professions of Hotel, Restaurant, Culinary Arts or Pastry
In order to be able to apply for a scholarship, it is first necessary that an application for admission to the Institut Paul Bocuse be made.
The scholarship application can only be examined by the Allocation Committee if the registration fees have been paid.

- Completed scholarship application file
- Handwritten cover letter (maximum 2 pages), dated and signed by the student in which you will explain your motivations for applying for an excellence scholarship
- Letter of recommendation that will support your request
- Curriculum vitae
- Photocopy of diplomas already obtained
- Report cards for the last year of high school
- Double-sided identity document
- Copy of the family record book of parents or legal guardians or birth certificate
- All the supporting documents that you deem useful (extra-curricular activities, volunteering, internship certificate, etc.)
SELECTION PROCESS
The Scholarship Award Commission will meet no later than
- beginning of March 2022 for the start of April 2022
- end of July 2022 for the start of the September 2022 school year
If the candidate’s admission is validated by the Institut Paul Bocuse and the registration fees have been paid, the members of the Scholarship Award Committee will study the file and decide whether the application is accepted or rejected.
