The European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) invites you to apply for PhD positions in Barcelona, Grenoble, Hamburg, Heidelberg, Hinxton (near Cambridge) and Rome.

We welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds, such as in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering and Molecular Medicine. Applicants must hold, or anticipate receiving before enrolment (October of any given year), a university degree that would formally qualify them to enter a PhD or equivalent programme in the country the degree was obtained.

Interviews will take place in July 2023. Successful candidates would start their work at EMBL latest by mid of October 2023.
