OP – nurse/ OP – orderly (f/m/d)
for use in hospitals
THIS IS WHERE YOUR INPUT IS NEEDED
– As part of the interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for instrumentation and assistance as well as jumping tasks during surgical procedures
– Together with your team, you will ensure that the surgical procedure runs smoothly. To achieve this, you will work together with all professional groups in a spirit of trust and at eye level
– Once you have completed your induction period, you will be deployed in specialist areas such as orthopaedics, general and visceral surgery, spinal surgery, endocrine surgery, septic surgery or adiposity surgery. Of course, you discuss this with your manager in advance so that we can find the optimal solution for you
– Your daily work also includes administrative tasks, such as creating the OR documentation
– You and your colleagues regularly take part in the on-call service of your department.
– You feel responsible for your patients and enjoy working with your colleagues to achieve the best possible care.
– Implementation of the hygiene and quality management guidelines.
